Service Description
Hey parents — this one’s for your teens ready to lead! 🎉 Calling all young people aged 14–18 to join us for a dynamic 3-hour leadership workshop designed to help them recognise their strengths, boost self-belief, manage stress and emotions to become confident influencers in their own world. This isn’t about likes or followers — it’s about real influence: the way they impact their friends, families, schools, and communities. What’s in Store: ✅ Lead with Confidence: Discover unique strengths, build self-esteem, and step into their power as a positive role model. ✅ Emotional Leadership: Understand the emotional brain, stress, and practical calming tools that help them respond (not react) in tough moments. ✅ Influence with Impact: Learn how gratitude, kindness, and resilience shape the way they inspire those around them. ✅ Inner Coach vs. Inner Critic: Develop the mindset of a leader by reframing negative thoughts and strengthening their Inner Coach. ✅ Friendship & Connection: Explore how to choose supportive friends, set healthy boundaries, and build relationships that uplift. ✅ Growth Mindset for Leaders: Use CBT-inspired tools to bounce back from setbacks and see challenges as opportunities.
