Individual Session Request
Sometimes a young person or parent needs a safe space to talk things through — without judgement, pressure, or feeling rushed.

Complimentary 10-Minute Connection Call

Not sure if this is the right fit? I offer a complimentary connection call to see whether an individual session would be helpful.

The 10-minute connection call is a chance to briefly share what you are looking for and ask any questions about whether individual sessions feel like the right fit for you or your young person.

Duration: 10 minutes
Cost: Complimentary
Format: Phone or online

If ongoing support feels right, we can talk through options. If not, you’ll still leave with a little more clarity and direction.

Please note:

The connection call is a chance to briefly talk with me and explore whether a one-to-one session would be a good fit for you or your young person. If you would like a longer, more in-depth conversation, we can schedule an individual session.

If concerns about safety, self-harm or suicidal ideation are identified, ongoing risk management will need to be supported by appropriate health professionals and services, as this falls outside the scope of these sessions.
