Background
Stronger Within was founded in 2019 by Racheal Wallis—an experienced social worker passionate about equipping families with the tools to support tweens and teens through life’s everyday ups and downs.

With years of experience working with young people and families and serving on boards and mental health task forces, Racheal saw a gap in accessible, practical resources—tools that families and educators could use to make a meaningful difference in daily life while still respecting and supporting the important role of professional guidance if and when needed.

Families can use many everyday strategies and skills to build emotional resilience, confidence, and connection—whether as a starting point, alongside support, or simply as part of raising emotionally aware and resilient young people.

Today, Stronger Within offers a wide range of engaging and practical tools you can use daily, as well as interactive workshops, online courses, and one-on-one sessions—all designed to empower families and educators to support the growth of emotionally strong, self-aware tweens and teens.
We understand how busy life can be in a tween or teen household—that’s why we keep things simple, practical, and ready to use when you need them.

Whether navigating friendships, managing emotions and stress, easing anxiety, building self-esteem, or strengthening a positive parent-child connection—our focus is on strengthening the everyday skills that build lasting resilience.
We’d love to support you on this journey and help set your young person up for a confident, thriving future—now and into adulthood.
