Service Description
In these online workshops, participants will enjoy exploring strategies to manage negative or anxious thinking. Through purposeful creative activities, participants will learn about the effect of Gratitude and managing negative thinking through cognitive behavioural therapy. Activities are designed to equip participants with practical tools to build resilience and confidence in navigating negative or challenging situations. Racheal Wallis is an experienced facilitator with a social work background. She has worked with youth in New Zealand, London and Los Angeles and delivered programmes for 9-25-year-olds in schools, residential and community settings. Please note these educational sessions are designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to strengthen social and emotional well-being.
