Service Description

These 45-minute sessions are a great way to nourish your young person's wellbeing while providing practical tools and strategies to strengthen their emotional wellbeing and self-care. In these one-to-one sessions with Racheal online, purposeful activities and discussions are designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to manage daily social and emotional wellbeing and strengthen resilience skills, self-esteem and confidence. Using a Strengths-Based and Solution Focused approach, topics covered include Friendships, Managing Emotions, Gratitude and Reframing Negative or Anxious Thinking and more. Racheal Wallis is a Registered Social Worker (NZSWRB) and an experienced facilitator. She has worked with young people and families in New Zealand, London and Los Angeles in schools, residential and community settings. Please note these educational sessions are designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to strengthen social and emotional wellbeing.
