Service Description
These 60-minute sessions are the perfect refresh for Mums to nourish their emotional wellbeing and self-care while providing practical tips and tools to use in daily life and with your children. These one-to-one sessions with Racheal online are designed to give busy Mums some self-care time while focusing on practical tools and strategies to enhance the daily wellbeing of you and your children. Just like we choose to up-skill academically, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to enhance valuable well-being skills that can be applied to all areas of life. Using a Strengths-Based and Solution Focused approach, topics covered include Managing Stress and Self Care, Gratitude and Reframing Negative or Anxious Thinking, Regulating Emotions, Calming Down when overwhelmed, Friendships and many more. Racheal Wallis is a Registered Social Worker (NZSWRB) and an experienced facilitator. She has worked with young people and families in New Zealand, London and Los Angeles in schools, residential and community settings. Please note these educational coaching sessions are designed to equip participants with practical tools and strategies to strengthen social and emotional wellbeing.
