"I was a bit nervous to go to something new but the activities were fun and made me feel relaxed. The session helped me realise that some people don’t have friends and how I can make and be a good friend. It also made me aware of qualities I like about people." "I am unique and special and no-one can replace me." "Racheal's workshops are amazing. My daughter has done them all and I highly recommend them! She went from a shy girl to now thriving in school. Racheals character is warm, welcoming and supportive to both the parents and the kids and they walk away feeling stronger, more empowered and standing in their truth - you won't regret these workshops." "Wow wow wow!! My daughter hasn't stopped talking about today's workshop! She thanked me so many times. She absolutely loved it, my gosh thank you so much!! I wish you did more!!" "She loved it and when I bring it up she lights up. Thank you for providing an awesome opportunity for the kids."
