Instructions for Editing Your Self-Care Journal Digitally
This journal can be printed OR used digitally. This is a fillable PDF, so if you choose, you can fill it out digitally. You will need to make sure the PDF is saved to your computer. Not all browsers support saving your entries. (If you want to type in your browser, check that you can save with your changes first!)
Please follow the following steps:
Step 1:
Save the PDF to Your Device. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file. This is often found in your computer's "Downloads" folder or in your mobile device's default download location.
Move or save the PDF to a location on your device where you can easily access it. For example, you might create a folder named "Self-Care Journal" on your computer or use a dedicated folder in your file manager on a tablet or phone.
Step 2:
Open the PDF, click on the text boxes under each question or journal prompt and start typing your responses. You may need to open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader if your device does not automatically use a PDF reader. (Free versions are available here).
Step 3:
Save the document. Close and reopen it to make sure your entries have been saved.
Step 4:
Start journaling. Enjoy!
