Privacy policy
This Privacy policy sets out how Stronger Within (‘us’/’we’) will collect, store, use, disclose and protect your personal information.
Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable person.

We collect personal information directly from you when you sign up for our services, including via our website.

We store all data securely on a third-party platform (e.g. WIX).

We will only use your personal information for the purposes of delivering the services we provide (such as registering for an event) or carrying out lawful functions. We may use your personal information to contact you about registration at workshops or related to evaluation of a workshop.

We will generally not share your personal information other than to appropriately respond to your query or to a third party providing services to us. We may share information where disclosure is authorised by you.

Please note if there is a suspected risk of harm (e.g., risk of self-harm, harm to others, or suspected abuse/neglect), we may need to share information with parents or relevant authorities to ensure safety or if we are required to legally. Where possible, we will discuss any necessary sharing with all parties beforehand.

Disclaimer
By registering for our workshops, you understand that you will attend a third-party venue for the workshop. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or any accidental illness or injury while attending the workshop.
If there is a medical (or other) emergency at the workshop, you consent us to take reasonable steps in respect of the emergency, including calling an ambulance and/or medical professional to assist. In the event of an emergency, we will take reasonable steps to contact the emergency contact person provided by you when you register; however, we may need to take immediate action.
Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop by both facilitators and other participants. You consent for us to use those photos and videos that a facilitator takes for promotional reasons. If you wish to withdraw consent, please let us know.
We are not responsible for any other participant taking photos/videos nor any distribution of that material.
