This Privacy policy sets out how Stronger Within (‘us’/’we’) will collect, store, use, disclose and protect your personal information.
Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable person.

We will only use your personal information for the purposes of delivering the services we provide (such as registering for an event or online course, purchasing or downloading a product, service or resource,) or carrying out lawful functions. We may use your personal information to contact you about registration at workshops or course, purchasing or downloading a product, service or resource or related to evaluation of a workshop, course, service, product or resource.

We will generally not share your personal information other than to appropriately respond to your query or to a third party providing services to us. We may share information where disclosure is authorised by you.

Please note if there is a suspected risk of harm (e.g., risk of self-harm, harm to others, or suspected abuse/neglect), we may need to share information with parents or relevant authorities to ensure safety or if we are required to legally. Where possible, we will discuss any necessary sharing with all parties beforehand.

Use of Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) on our website to help us understand how visitors engage with our content and to deliver relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our site (e.g., signing up for a resource or visiting a landing page). This information helps us improve our services and marketing.

By registering for our workshops or courses,, you understand that you will attend a third-party venue for the workshop. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or any accidental illness or injury while attending the workshop.

If there is a medical (or other) emergency at the workshop, you consent us to take reasonable steps in respect of the emergency, including calling an ambulance and/or medical professional to assist. In the event of an emergency, we will take reasonable steps to contact the emergency contact person provided by you when you register; however, we may need to take immediate action.

Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop or an online course by both facilitators and other participants. You consent for us to use those photos and videos that a facilitator takes for promotional reasons. If you wish to withdraw consent, please let us know.

We are not responsible for any other participant taking photos/videos nor any distribution of that material.

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
By booking a Stronger Within workshop, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms. These are in place to help us plan and deliver high-quality workshops while being as fair as possible to families.
Participant Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the workshop start date are eligible for a refund less an administration fee. (See below)

Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop start date are non-refundable, as places are limited and costs related to staffing, venue hire, materials, and preparation have already been committed.

Non-attendance or failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.

Transfers

Workshop bookings may be transferred to another child with prior written notice, subject to age suitability and availability. Transfers must be arranged and confirmed by Stronger Within before the workshop date.​​

Cancellations or Changes by Stronger Within

Stronger Within reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) low enrolments, facilitator illness, or venue issues.

Where a workshop is cancelled by Stronger Within, participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer to an alternative workshop date.

Administration Fee

An administration fee of $25 (2-3 hour workshop) or $35 (4 hours + workshop) per participant applies to all participant-initiated cancellations, regardless of notice period. This fee is non-refundable.
