A two-hour workshop for girls aged 9-14 teaching strategies and tools to manage emotions healthily.
Through purposeful creative activities, participants will enjoy special time learning strategies and tools to manage strong emotions. Using strengths-based practice and solution-focused therapy, each girl will learn about emotions and how they impact their well-being and behaviour. Activities are designed to strengthen participants social and emotional well-being. Racheal Wallis is a Registered Social Worker (NZSWRB) and an experienced facilitator. She has worked with youth in New Zealand, London and Los Angeles and delivered programmes for 9-25-year-olds in schools, residential and community settings.
